Carrot Jar with Orange

  • 200g butter
  • 3 table spoons yoghurt
  • ½ glass of hazelnut oil
  • 3 table spoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 Baking powder

The constituents of dough are mixed in a deep container, and they made into soft dough by adding flour. Then the dough is rolled. Orange-carrot mixture is placed into the middle part of the cylinder. Then it is cut into 2cm-thich parts. Then they are placed onto a tray and cooked for 25 minutes at 180°C temperature. Serve with powdered sugar. Bon appetite.
